What happens now?
Following your booking, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your payment and the dates of your scheduled course. Within this email, you’ll find guidance on what to bring and how to best prepare for the upcoming two-week journey. This information will help you arrive fully ready to immerse yourself in this transformative experience.
Terms and Conditions for Paying a Deposit
By paying a deposit, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Deposit Deadlines
February Course: A deposit must be paid by 16th January 2025, with full payment due by the course start date.
March Course: A deposit must be paid by 16th February 2025, with full payment due by the course start date.
April and May Courses: Deposits must be paid by 16th of the month prior to the course start date (16th March for April course, 16th April for May course), with full payment due by the course start date.
Non-Refundable Deposit
Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases of exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness or family emergency) at the discretion of the course provider.
Payment of Balance
The full balance for the course must be received no later than the course start date.
Failure to complete payment may result in the forfeiture of your deposit and your place in the course.
Cancellations and Refund Policy
Cancellations by Participant: If you cancel your participation after paying the deposit, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date may incur additional charges up to 50% of the full course fee.
Cancellations by Course Provider: In the unlikely event that the course is canceled by the provider, you will be entitled to a full refund of the deposit and any additional payments made.
Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases of unforeseen hardship (e.g., serious medical issues), a partial refund of the deposit may be considered if canceling at least 14 days before the course start date.
Transferring Deposits
Deposit transfers to a future course date are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Requests must be made at least 14 days before the course start date.

By paying the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions in full.I
